By booking a Tour you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you make a booking on behalf of other participants, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept these Terms on behalf of the other participants in your party.
Scope of Tours
We offer multi types of tours which are; Day Tours, Overnight Tours, Camping Tours, Sea Tours, Hiking and Abseiling including Transportation Our day tours range from a half day tour of Muscat, to full day tours of multiple key sights in Oman while our night tours Ranging from 2 – 12 nights. They do not involve camping (unless you want them to). Our camping tours are a wonderfully adventurous way to discover some of the untouched parts of Oman, our Hiking and Abseiling Tours are challenging and adventure, our Sea Tours fun and refreshing.
Booking
All bookings must be made through an authorized representative of the Company. At the time of booking the Company booking form must be completed and submitted together with a deposit of 100% of the total cost of the booking.
Receipt of the deposit and booking form by the Company does neither guarantee nor imply confirmation of the booking. No booking shall be confirmed until the Company issues a written notice which shall be made through our emails. The Company reserves the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason and shall in that event return any deposit received.
General Limitation of Liability
Discover Mazoon Tours provides the Site on an “as is” basis and makes no representations whatsoever about any other web site which you may access through the Site or which may link to this Site. When you access a site outside the Site, please understand that it is independent from the Site and that Discover Mazoon Tours has no control over the content on that web site. In addition, a link to the Site does not mean that Discover Mazoon Tours endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, or the use, of such a web site.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Site, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including legal costs:-

Governing law and disputes
This Agreement shall be governed by and constructed exclusively in accordance with the laws of Sultanate of Oman.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Discover Mazoon Tours and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Sultanate of Oman.
Discover Mazoon Tours’ failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any part of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of the whole of this Agreement
If any part of our terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provisions in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
Price and Payment
Price shall vary depending on the type of tour you choose and the number of days you’ll take the tour.
Payment shall only be made once you have confirmed the availability of the preferred tours.
We accept payment through debit and credit cards, Company Bank Account Deposit, However, we may accept payment to PayPal upon request and the circumstance.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel the bookings and we accept cancellations, refunds and/or reimbursements pursuant to the following terms and conditions.
Day Tours: cancellation policy up to 24 hours before the experience start time in the local time zone 100% Refund, less than 24 Hours 100% Charge
Musandam Tours: cancellation policy up to 36 hours before the experience starts time in the local time zone 100% refund, cancel 48 hours before the experience start time in the local time zone 50% will be charge, cancel within 24 hours before the experience start time in the local time zone 100% will be charge.
Muscat Sea Tours: cancellation policy up to 24 hours before the experience start time in the local time zone 100% refund, less than 24 hours 100% Charge
Overnight Tours, Camping Tours, Hiking & Abseiling Tours cancel at least 7 days before the experience start time in the local time zone 100% refund if they cancel between 3 to 6 days before the experience start time in the local time zone 50% will be charged, cancel within 2 days (48 hours) before the experience start time in the local time zone 100% will be charged.
